Privacy Policy
Eight Point Solutions LLC ("EPS," "we," "us") operates this website and the EPS Tech division. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Plain language, no dark patterns.
What we collect
Only what you give us through the intake form or via email:
- Name, email address, and optional phone number
- Service interest selection
- The message or scoping details you type
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (IP, user agent) recorded in standard server logs by our hosting providers (Vercel for the website, Railway for the API) for security and abuse prevention
- Payment metadata for paid subscriptions (transaction ID, amount, subscription ID, billing email) — see "Payments" below
- For Digital Privacy Protection signups only: residential address, date of birth, and optional alternate phone numbers / email addresses you provide so our team can actually perform the data-broker takedown work — see "Service intake" below
We do not set tracking cookies, run advertising pixels, or deploy behavioral analytics on this site. Third-party assets served by Google Fonts and other CDNs may record standard request logs; refer to their own policies for details.
How we use it
Intake information is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. We reply from our business email, usually within one business day. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners, data brokers, or any third party outside our operational email and secure file storage providers.
Payments
Subscription payments for Digital Privacy Protection are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not see, store, or transmit your card details — payment information is collected directly by Stripe on its PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Stripe acts as the data processor for payment information; their privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy. We retain non-card payment records (transaction ID, amount, subscription ID, billing email, and the intake form details you submit before checkout) for accounting, tax, and compliance purposes for the period required by law.
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and collected by Stripe Tax. If you cancel your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us, we retain a record of the prior subscription for tax and accounting purposes.
Service intake (Digital Privacy Protection only)
To deliver Digital Privacy Protection we ask for additional information at signup: residential address, date of birth, and optionally alternate or past phone numbers and email addresses. Data brokers index people primarily by name + address + DOB, so this is the minimum we need to file accurate removal requests on your behalf. We do not collect government IDs, account numbers, or banking details through this form. The intake fields are stored alongside your subscription record in Stripe (as metadata on the checkout session) and emailed to our operations team. They are visible only to EPS staff with Stripe Dashboard access and the on-call onboarding lead. We retain these records for as long as your subscription is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law after cancellation.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for as long as we maintain an active business relationship with you, or as required by applicable law and contract (including federal contracting record-keeping requirements). You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your information (except records we are legally required to retain)
- Stop contacting you
Send requests to rogers@eightpointsolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Intake submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered through Google Workspace with standard enterprise security controls. Anti-spam protection (honeypot, time-gate) is applied at the browser level before submission reaches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store intake data in any public-facing database.
Federal and SDVOSB record-keeping
When inquiries relate to government teaming, subcontracting, or federal contract opportunities, we may retain communication records as required by federal acquisition regulations, NAICS-specific compliance, and our own SDVOSB certification obligations.
Children
This website is intended for adult business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page.
